BELLEVILLE REQUIREMENTS FOR STAYS OF 30+ DAYS

To comply with the City of Belleville's long-term rental ordinance, all stays of 30 days or longer require the following before move-in:
- Obtain a City of Belleville Occupancy Permit.
- Sign a long-term lease that includes the required Crime-Free Housing Addendum.
- Each adult occupant (18+) must complete a U.S. criminal background screening before the lease is executed. The screening fee is $49.99 per adult applicant and is the guest's responsibility.
- Complete all additional documentation required by the City of Belleville.

Please note: These are City of Belleville requirements, not host requirements. Failure to complete the required documentation does not qualify for a refund.

Things to Know
- Pets are welcome for a $60 fee per pet. Maximum of 2 dogs. Cats are not permitted.
- Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited inside the home.
- Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
- Check-in begins at 4:00 PM, and checkout is at 10:00 AM.
- Exterior security cameras are located at the front and back of the property for guest and property security. There are no cameras inside the home.
- Lawn care or routine exterior maintenance may occasionally take place during your stay without affecting your privacy.
- Booking discounts apply only to the original reservation and are not recalculated if a reservation is extended after booking.

Parking
Free parking is available in the front driveway, with additional street parking available when needed. Please be courteous and avoid blocking neighboring driveways or parked vehicles.

Check-in Instructions:
- Entry is through a secure digital lock. Entry codes will be provided 30 minutes prior to your check in time.
- Early check-in or late check-out may be available, depending on our cleaners' schedule. They charge a small fee, but feel free to ask, and we'll check availability. Keep in mind this service is not always guaranteed.

Once these steps are complete, your check-in instructions and entry code will be sent before your arrival.

Rates & Availability

Cancellation Policy: Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 14 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued. Grace period with free cancellation (no cancellation fees or partial refunds possible) for 24 hours after booking if arrival is at least 30 days away at time of booking.
